A wonderful time at St Jean! The cuisine was of exceptional quality, the dishes as beautiful as they were delicious, the wines excellent, and the view absolutely magnificent. A truly wonderful discovery that combines a warm and attentive welcome, a beautifully decorated dining room with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, and inventive cuisine that showcases local produce. We appreciated your "real food" approach. These are admirable values that we share. However, we regret that there is only a six-course menu. Your cuisine shouldn't be accessible only to those with the wealthiest palates. Furthermore, using higher-quality ingredients would be a welcome addition.

Another fantastic experience. Our third visit and never disappointed. The setting, the service, the staff, and the cuisine are simply perfect. A gourmet restaurant where you feel completely at ease. Each time, we discover new aromatic herbs that enhance the dishes, and the chef strives to use local produce.

We dined at St Jean for the second time. There were five of us, and we were all amazed, both by the taste and the beauty of the dishes. It was like a stroll through the surrounding gardens and fields, allowing us to discover seasonal vegetables prepared with aromas like ribwort, hyssop, mint, and verbena. A succession of dishes like an enchanted walk. Not forgetting the fried bread, light focaccia, and of course the desserts and the little verbena ice cream bar to finish it all off. A magical evening overlooking the Granier mountain at sunset. The service was delightful, too. Bravo!
