We discovered this place as children, where we were treated to a special dinner. We were spoiled rotten. And served by Romain, the Chef himself, with tremendous humility. All his dishes were a true delight. Bravo!

The place is warm and welcoming, the service pleasant, everything is explained and detailed—a truly enriching experience, both culinary and personal. The dishes presented by Romain reveal subtle flavors. Anaïs is excellent at advising us on wines. They are genuinely passionate, and it shows in the food, the welcome, and the service. We will return with great pleasure.

Once again, my wife and I had a wonderful time at Le Saint Jean restaurant in Saint-Jean-d’Arvey (Savoie - 73). The six-course tasting menu is a true gastronomic experience. The chef, Romain, elevates local produce with great finesse and creativity. Here, Savoyard cuisine is reinvented with elegance: it's a far cry from the clichés like "Savoy products = tartiflette." Each dish showcases the local terroir with precision and a modern touch. The courses flow seamlessly and deliciously. Special mention goes to the "Savoy Chocolate" dessert, absolutely remarkable… but I won't say more so as not to spoil the delightful final surprise. Of course, the service is on par with the cuisine: warm, attentive, and highly professional. Finally, Anaïs provides excellent wine recommendations, and the suggested pairings perfectly complement the menu. A truly wonderful gastronomic destination in Savoie that we recommend without hesitation. Franck Banget
