From start to finish, it's a true culinary journey, from the aperitif to the final notes of dessert. We gladly let ourselves be guided and swept away by the Chef's unique culinary identity, which transports us into his world with remarkable mastery. The service is seamless and particularly pleasant. It's a real bonus to be accompanied by the team's passionate storytelling: each dish is described, adding another layer of depth to the tasting experience. I always appreciate this sincere focus on local artisans and suppliers. Everything is consistent and carefully sourced, from the precision of the cutlery to the skill of the fishmonger. Finally, I absolutely fell in love with Sophie and Peter's tableware; these pieces are veritable jewels that elevate every dish. An experience one never tires of... I can't wait to repeat the adventure!

We opted for the six-course tasting menu. Original dishes, featuring carefully selected local ingredients, were beautifully presented. The wines were tastefully chosen, and each dish told a story. Fantastic gastronomic evening in a very pleasant atmosphere

An absolutely sublime experience from start to finish! From the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, everything was perfect. The flavors, the presentation, the quality of the ingredients… a true delight. The service was impeccable, with clear and enthusiastic explanations. We highly recommend this establishment!

We came twice, three days apart. Once as a couple for a magical evening, and a second time with friends (sorry again for the lack of entertainment!). We absolutely loved the delicate, sophisticated dishes that were still incredibly delicious. The local and garden produce is subtly showcased, and each bite is an explosion of flavor. And what can I say about the absolutely divine wine list! From champagne to house digestifs, including excellent wines from up-and-coming small producers, we savored the perfect pairings. Romain and Anaïs are very attentive and readily chat with their guests. It's an experience we'll definitely repeat!

We went to Saint Jean to celebrate my partner's birthday... The reviews were very good, and the presentation on the website appealed to me (local dishes featuring seasonal produce, in particular)... My partner and I were captivated... The food is excellent, the tables are spaced far apart, making for an intimate dining experience, and the service is also very good... In my opinion, the value for money is unbeatable... There's no need to go to more upscale restaurants; everything is there, but with less of the "bling" that I usually dislike... You feel very welcome. You can sense the passion for customer service with genuine sincerity! See you soon!
