A wonderful discovery!
We opted for the "Intuitions" menu, a four-course meal consisting of an amuse-bouche, two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert.
Everything was perfect: the flavor combinations, the portions, the taste. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A special mention for the floating island with its incredible coriander jus!
The staff was very pleasant and guided us through this wonderful experience.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

Undoubtedly the best restaurant in La Garenne-Colombes, Courbevoie, Colombes, Bois-Colombes, and surrounding areas. Benoît, in the kitchen, will take you on a culinary journey with a menu that changes every three months according to the seasons.
Don't hesitate to try the tasting menu and let yourself be transported into the world of creative flavor pairings from Saint-Joseph. Personally, I recommend trusting Catherine and choosing the wine pairing.
Always a wonderful experience! Remember to book ahead, as it's fully booked every day for lunch and dinner.

Superb cuisine! Both the seasoning and the cooking were perfect.
The wine was excellent too, which is important!
The desserts were the only slight drawback. They tasted like they were made by cooks rather than pastry chefs.
However, I highly recommend it; a very good and affordable restaurant considering the quality of the food and service.

We went as a family and chose the tasting menu, which was shared by the entire table.
The chef offers several dishes, both à la carte and off-menu, from the amuse-bouche to the main course.
From the appetizer to the dessert, we were pleasantly surprised: excellent dishes and attentive service.
Be sure to mention any dietary restrictions so they can provide a suitable alternative and allow you to fully enjoy the menu.
A truly wonderful experience, we would definitely repeat it!
