12/03/2024: Very happy with the cooking class given by chef Bernardé. They offer cooking classes of approximately 3 to 4 hours on weekends for small groups. It was great, we did the course in the kitchens where the pastries are prepared, learned basic techniques and got useful tips for our own pastry experience. We had taken the chocolate egg course, we left with a huge egg garnished sumptuously. Thanks to the chef and his lovely teams

15/02/2024: Caramel, cookies, chocolate... everything... it was delicious! When I entered the store, when they realized I could not speak French, they called in an English-speaking staff member to help me. With the help of Google Translate, I was able to make a good purchase. It was a bit far from Paris, and it was raining and there was a strike, so I had a tough time, but I'm really glad I visited.
