The food was delicious, but for a Georges Blanc establishment, with prices to match, I would have appreciated a higher standard of service (a bottle of sparkling water was ordered, a bottle of still water was brought, and a complimentary mini-gazpacho was offered, but neither a savory accompaniment was provided for the aperitif nor a sweet one for the coffee). The snail ravioli appetizer was delicious, and I regretted only having three (the same number as on the à la carte menu and the set menu). Doubling the portion would have been perfectly acceptable. The frog legs were very well prepared and in a generous quantity, as was the rum baba, which was very generously soaked in rum.

Great location on the banks of the Saône with a beautiful view of Mâcon and the Saint Laurent bridge. Very friendly staff and the food was excellent! We had lunch there on a Sunday and we'll definitely be back :) 👍

The setting is pleasant, the products are fresh and local. However, the service was a bit slow, and the garnish for the Bresse chicken was rather meager, which slightly lowers the value for money. The hazelnut tiramisu redeemed the meal. A mixed bag, then 😀

Beautiful restaurant with a good view. Chosen because it was recommended by Michelin. Compared to other restaurants in that category, it was a disappointment. Lunch took a very long time, which was unpleasant for us (with children). The food was decent but not unforgettable. We found the wine list disappointing. Limited selection of fine Burgundies. What was available was of lower quality and expensive. Wines by the glass were substandard for a restaurant in Burgundy. We will not return.

I ordered frog legs, which I salted because they were very bland and swimming in butter.
My husband had the sea bass, which was very mediocre.
And don't even get me started on the presentation; it looked like school cafeteria food.
For dessert, my apricot shortbread was good, but the rum baba was dry and needed more syrup.
We weren't expecting that!

Excellent restaurant, the dishes are well-balanced and full of flavor.
The service is warm, occasionally a little haphazard, but the servers are attentive and eager to please. They gave us a very warm welcome.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
