10/04/2026: The food is good. However, the owner clearly tries to overcharge customers using dishonest methods, which is very unpleasant.
Any request to adjust the menu (even for something less expensive) will be heavily charged, and you won't receive any prior warning when placing your order.
09/04/2026: A very pleasant setting on the banks of the Saône with a beautiful view of Mâcon. Excellent value for money. Fine cuisine made with fresh ingredients.
We will gladly return.

07/12/2024: Très belle rénovation le restaurant est lumineux, bien exposé en revanche nous regrettons de ne pas retrouver les plats signatures de Georges Blanc qui ont fait la réputation de l'établissement. La carte proposée est celle d'un restaurant lambda le rapport qualite prix est correct, mais ne nous déplacerons plus pour venir au Saint-Laurent à moins que les plats du chef soient remis à la carte. La fricassée au poulet aux carottes n à rien à faire sur une carte Georges Blanc.
