A great dinner, a traditional meal, it was still curious to present the sliced andouillette :) otherwise the menu features local cuisine cooked over a wood fire, prepared and served by Cyrille, delicious and generous.

For the pilgrim passing through, seeking refuge from chain restaurants or overrated establishments, here's a restaurant serving traditional wood-fired cuisine, unpretentious yet delicious and full of flavor. It's becoming rare.
A whole veal kidney with a light, slightly caramelized butter sauce, perfectly pink in the center, accompanied by small herb-roasted tomatoes—pure bliss!
Highly recommended.

We came for a seminar with the LOOF and were very warmly welcomed, served by a young woman who took excellent care of us 🥰 The portions were generous with beautiful ingredients 😊

A fantastic find in Auxerre for trying local specialties! I highly recommend this charming little restaurant. The chef, who also manages the service, gave us a very warm welcome, which allowed us to chat with him. The atmosphere is friendly, and the wood-fired cooking is a definite plus!

Excellent place.
Establishment with a diverse menu.
Friendly atmosphere, very welcoming and well-served.
It was lovely to watch the chef prepare the food in front of us.
The prices are more than reasonable (set menu €37 for starter, main course, and dessert).
