Excellent Michelin-starred restaurant in Saint-Malo. A very zen atmosphere, attentive service, sublime flavors on the plates, a true exploration of taste, a delight for the palate. Don't hesitate to ask questions about the dishes, the flavors, the aromatic herbs; nothing will be kept from you, quite the contrary, it's a sharing of culinary knowledge. An excellent discovery, refined and delicate cuisine.
The staff were attentive, kind, and very friendly. A magical moment for our 10th wedding anniversary, a gift from my children, which I won't soon forget. Thank you again.

A truly wonderful place.
Lovely menus with original choices for both food and wine.
Technically, the cuisine is impeccable. The sauces, in particular, are exceptionally well-executed. Both seafood and meat products are of very high quality.
The service is very pleasant, discreet, and efficient.
The prices are a bit high for the provinces (but then again, it is in Saint-Malo)...

A wonderful discovery. We opted for the "Choosing means foregoing the rest" menu. It was a truly fascinating culinary journey. The chef is dedicated to immersing us in his world without altering the essence of the main ingredients. A warm welcome, an excellent sommelier, a refined setting, and a relaxed atmosphere. A truly delightful experience!

A fabulous experience: without a doubt one of my favorite Michelin-starred restaurants. 100% fish, every dish delighted us. The highlight came with the memorable goat cheese mousse followed by a succulent dessert offering an unforgettable harmony of chocolate, raspberry, and bell pepper. Finally, the service, led by Madame, was discreet yet highly professional, all within a perfectly intimate setting. I know I'm using too many superlatives, but I must emphasize it 😉

The term "Placide" is derived from "gentleness." The people in charge of reception and service displayed unparalleled passive-aggressiveness. Even though the food was good, I remember nothing but the bitter taste of the service.
