Le Salisbury sur La Baule-Escoublac

An Irish pub just the way we like them: lads, music, and good pints of Guinness. Perfect for a good time, whether you're alone, with friends, or as a couple. The atmosphere is really great. I don't remember exactly how much I spent, but it didn't seem particularly expensive.

I came with a friend who is underage (I'm over 18). We wanted to go in to watch the France-England match. We arrived around 10:10 PM, and my friend was refused entry because they thought we were going to drink alcohol (which we weren't). We went back the next day for the World Cup final, and arriving at 7:30 PM, we were allowed in. She could even have had a drink, and there were children there (we stayed until 1 AM without any problems). It's a strange and illogical policy. However, the bar's atmosphere is quite nice, lots of TVs showing the match, and the waiter was friendly despite the fact that drinks aren't served at the table. The music is a bit loud but bearable. It's still a good place to go in La Baule.

€18 for this platter, I'll let you be the judge. Good atmosphere though.

Honestly, what can I say… except that 5 stars is almost not enough 😄 Charlie’s Corner is like a home away from home: amazing atmosphere, super friendly (and patient 😅) staff, always well-chosen music, and evenings that often end better than expected… or worse, depending on your perspective! Whether you're looking for a quiet drink or a wild night out with friends, you know why you go… and especially why you keep coming back. In short, if you're still hesitating, stop thinking and just walk through the door—you'll thank me later 🍻

Great spot in La Baule! 🍻 The service is truly top-notch, always welcoming and efficient. The staff is fantastic, and a great atmosphere is guaranteed every time. A major plus is the beer selection: there's something for everyone, with a great variety. And what's more, the prices are very reasonable, which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend it!
