although the first two hours were difficult, I sincerely appreciated the fact that you did everything possible to get me out of the impasse - and for offering us the night in a bungalow to recover from our intra-camping adventures, was really comforting - Certainly, there are points to improve, but I think you already know that, so I will not talk about it, but rather I will highlight your human qualities and your kindness.
