A truly beautiful place. - its surroundings (at the foot of the beautiful church in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer) - its menu (I enjoyed delicious tapas one lunchtime, a tasty and generous chocolate crepe, and several evenings excellent cocktails and mojitos) - its atmosphere (some evenings were fantastic, with great live music and a friendly vibe where lots of people danced casually on part of the terrace and even around the church square) - its warm welcome (the owner and her team are welcoming and attentive to their customers). I was even surprised to receive a homemade cake with a candle for my birthday from the owner... and a gift! (a lovely coral-colored t-shirt). I'm still amazed. She's so sweet, and I'll think of her every time I wear it. I'll definitely come back to see this lovely woman I didn't know on my next trip to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. Thank you so much, Sylvie!

We spent a week at Sainte Marie de la Mer. The salsa in the beautiful church square is fantastic. We went morning and evening, and honestly, what can I say? Thank you to Sylvy for her kindness, generosity, and joie de vivre. Thank you also to her entire team, who are truly wonderful. The servers are always smiling and know their jobs well. We felt really comfortable. A truly top-notch place—simple, friendly, and the tapas are generous and delicious. We spent many fantastic evenings there with a great atmosphere. We go back every year and plan to return as soon as possible. Well done to everyone!

I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is fantastic, the owner is really friendly, and the food is good. It's located in the heart of the village with a shaded terrace. A must-try (we actually went every day).

Salsa is a very friendly place! The staff is fantastic! The owner, Sylvie, is amazing, and the atmosphere is great. Come have a drink, eat, and especially dance every night – we have a blast! A place for those who want to have fun and enjoy themselves! For grumpy people who lack joie de vivre, move along! Thanks to the Salsa team for these great times.

Family restaurant, very affordable prices, great atmosphere and very welcoming owner, I highly recommend this place.

At first, we ordered drinks for six people. They forgot a Coke, we asked them for it, then asked again before finally getting it. Then, they forgot it again with our second order, and we had to ask again to get it.

Excellent bar! The staff are incredibly attentive to their customers, the tapas are superb, and there's great music 🎶 and a magnificent view of the church square. You can eat there at very reasonable prices, and the owner is incredibly kind. We went there once a day because we enjoyed it so much! 👍❤️❤️
