One of the best restaurants I know. The menu is small, always carefully curated, and the dishes are always delicious. The setting is superb in this old and immense building. The bay window overlooking the old port of La Roche-Bernard is magnificent, perfectly positioned for the sunset!

We came for dinner this evening to enjoy and participate in the Irish session. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible. The violinist informed us that access to the session was reserved for certain people. No problem, but in that case, it wasn't really a session but rather a concert. Please clarify this on social media. This will avoid unnecessary travel, disappointment, and unpleasant surprises. Sessions (and we know a few) are places open to everyone, musicians of all genders. That's the whole point of a session.
That being said, we had a lovely time.

A warm welcome and perfect service at this restaurant, which was recommended to me and which I'd been wanting to visit for a while. I wasn't disappointed by the building, which is magnificent! The decor is great and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The waitresses are also very friendly. The fish and chips were excellent, as was the Asian bowl. I just didn't understand why it had spaghetti instead of Chinese noodles; it was surprising, but oh well. The menu is short, so the ingredients are fresh, and that's what matters!

Beautiful place, very pleasant and attentive staff. The food is really good, the service is quick, and the prices are reasonable. A perfect experience, we'll be back!

Family dinner, reservation for the second seating at 9 pm. We were warmly welcomed, even though we arrived very early! The staff was friendly. However, we were disappointed by the quality of the food. The hamburger was disappointing, especially the bun, which was cold and seemed barely defrosted; it crumbled and had no flavor. We were surprised to learn, upon our comment, that it came from the local bakery. It was also impossible to simply remove two pickles from the hamburger when requested, and during the last seating, they didn't seem very flexible. To end on a positive note, the setting in the old building is pleasant.
