Hotels like these are a rare find. Clean. Excellent staff. A view of the square, yet very quiet at night. Perfectly relaxing.

An exceptional welcome, thank you

What can I say? I spent one night there and it was a disaster, let me explain. At first, everything seemed fine; I was given the keys to my room. When I opened it, I found the room simple but functional. I settled in, and the first thing I noticed was that the carpet tiles were coming loose. Okay, that's not so bad... but then I started turning on the wall lights, and boom, a short circuit caused two floors of rooms in the hotel to go out. I went back downstairs to inform the receptionist, who didn't know where the circuit breakers were. After a few minutes, she found an electrical panel on the ground floor. She reset the power, without even showing me around to check if everything was working again. So, I had wall lights that didn't work, and now the bathroom was impractical for taking a shower. Furthermore, in a hotel of this caliber, having bathrooms like those in chain hotels, molded in plastic, is a real shame. When I left, I told the receptionist that the room needed to be checked. Oh yes, while the restaurant was excellent, avoid the hotel at all costs.
