Le Sauvage Hotel & Restaurant sur Tournus

At first glance the hotel seems very old and a bit gloomy. I booked a room there a bit unsure. But then the surprise. The rooms were fine, free parking right in front of the door and a restaurant with really good French cuisine at reasonable prices. We were very pleasantly surprised. A few days later we received news that one of my mother's pieces of jewelry had been left there. It was sent back to Germany very promptly. Overall a positive surprise. Perfect hotel for travelers on the way, not far from the highway. A hotel with character.

Very well located hotel! The beds were very comfortable and above all the staff were lovely! I was even kindly sent back, at no cost to me, a pair of glasses forgotten in the room!

Nice hotel, decent room, comfortable bedding. Decoration in accordance with the place. Professional staff. Hotel very well located near the city center. I recommend. Accepts animals.

Really very, very nice owner, very affordable price, the decoration was "old-fashioned" but that's what makes the hotel charming, everything else is really good.

Vraiment dommage le bruit dans la chambre 51 que nous avions, de quoi gâcher notre semaine 😡 Soit...Repas correct et gens sympathiques, heureusement.

Bien. Chambres spacieuses et propres, déjeuner bien. Un hôtel bien situé avec une histoire.

Malgré un aspect vieillot, les chambres sont très propres et la literie de qualité. Nous avons dormi comme des bébés !
