Great restaurant The dishes are plentiful and delicious. I ordered a warm goat cheese salad, the best I can eat. The foie gras burgers are incredibly tasty, and the desserts are simply incredible. The value for money is perfect. The welcome is warm and the family atmosphere makes the experience more pleasant. I recommend

If you are looking for a restaurant near the Château de Monbazillac, you will inevitably come across this one: at the same time there is only one… The menu suggests that it is a chic bistro. No way. The boss is very nice, and he chats quite well with us. The waitress's smile must surely pay off. We didn't get it. We wanted to try the filet mignon and the Burger: the filet was well cooked and very tender. The burger was disappointing: the bun overcooked, almost nothing in it except a steak and a very small piece of foie gras. Despite a large number of tables available and the end of service, we were placed next to the front door, in the passage. A little disappointed overall despite the real potential of this restaurant.

Food was ok. No kids menu but a good suggestion on sharing some minced steak. Watch out for the closing time, they’re a bit reluctant to serve when it’s close to closing. Service wasn’t fantastic - had to ask for the table to be cleaned and some clean cutlery.

Désespérés de ne rien trouver autour du marché d’Issigeac nous avons découvert cet établissement au cœur de Monbazillac. Heureuse surprise, très bonne cuisine locale, gourmande avec une pointe de curiosité. Les desserts sont hautement recommandés car maison et copieux. Courez y!

Très bonne surprise à Monbazillac Accueil et service attentifs Tout est fait maison , simple et bon . Très agréable de trouver ce genre d’établissement qui «  fait le job » sans prétention et avec plaisir .Si seulement c’était la règle !
