It’s laid back, relaxing, and friendly. Go with the 3 course meal, and pick any dish that day that resonates with you. Try some wines to go with your meal.
It a casual French traditional experience that will fit your bill.
Tips: rsvp if you can not absolutely required but recommended. Get a bottle of wine if you know what you like, else try a few glasses. Don’t be shy, restaurant is friendly.

A great discovery, warm welcome, attentive staff, the menu is simple, short but effective, you don't spend 3 hours thinking, the kitchen knows its dishes.

A small, welcoming dining room. The menu is carefully prepared and delicious, featuring quality ingredients. A nice touch is the very helpful advice the waiter (sommelier?) gives us on the wines, and for some of the bottles we opened, the chef even offers to let us taste them before we choose!
I'm no connoisseur or expert, but both bottles (there were three of us) were very good, and one of them was excellent.
I don't live in Versailles, but I'll definitely be back.

A place we frequent regularly with friends, and where we're always just as satisfied. Reservations are always perfectly handled, with a very accommodating staff.
The place is pleasant, the servers are smiling, attentive, and above all, offer excellent advice, especially regarding wine selection (which is always superb). The dishes are fresh, and I particularly appreciate the fact that the menu remains reasonably sized: enough choice without being overwhelming, which, for me, is a true mark of quality.
We always have a great time there with friends, with friendly service and food that makes you want to come back. A place I recommend without hesitation!
