One of the best restaurants in Versailles! The local cuisine is excellent, the wines are superb and the waiters are always available to give advice based on everyone's tastes. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, I highly recommend!

We had an excellent meal at this establishment. These are fresh, well-cooked products. The wine we drank with our dish was delicious. The welcome was very warm and the waiter very helpful. We recommend this address with our eyes closed!

Le Sept restaurant in Versailles offers an exceptional culinary experience with its traditional French cuisine. The atmosphere is carefully thought out, down to the style of the servers which harmonizes perfectly. The dishes, of remarkable quality, are offered at very reasonable prices, with formulas for all appetites: main course at €18 for lunch, starter-main course or main course-dessert at €22, and starter-main course-dessert at 26€. We were delighted with our choices, notably the herring apples in oil and the goose rillettes, generous and tasty. The stew with Georgian sauce was a real treat, and the gourmet coffee for dessert concluded our meal perfectly, with homemade desserts that revealed all their expertise. The wine, offered by a small unfiltered biodynamic winemaker, was a real discovery. Sirius A, the 2021 vintage from Domaine des Célestes, seduced with its subtle minerality, perfectly balanced with the roundness and richness of Viognier, accompanied by the liveliness of Clairette. A wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as during a meal, which adds an extra touch to this unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Restaurant discovered with my wife on the occasion of our 7 years together (yes). Wine merchant on site, big advantage for aperitifs and meal accompaniments. Generally speaking, a very friendly and responsive team. Traditional French cuisine with quality food. Book in advance, the room fills up quickly (we understand why). We’ve been coming back for a couple of years now. The menu hasn’t changed but they do have daily specials. The food always tastes delicious. The wine selection is always excellently paired with the food and if you tell them what your preference is they can somehow always find you the right wine. Friendly service and some of them can speak English. The place is quaint, sometimes you’re sitting in the middle of wine boxes, a bit cramped and the tables small but this contributes to the atmosphere.

A warm atmosphere, decor of small restaurants of yesteryear and high-quality traditional cuisine that reminds us of the dishes of our grandparents. A big thank-you
