The dishes are super good, we would even like a little more. The only downside is the waiters who are not friendly “go and sit by yourself”

The place is a bit overrated. Service nice but not professional. Food good, but not great for the price. We ate an entrecot for 36 euros, a side of fries... nothing else. We had to order extra bread, which was old and hard. We also had to pay for water, which is very unusual for France. A bottle of white wine, 33 euros, but not a culinary delight. Wouldn't go there anymore.

What a find in St. Martin. Down an alleyway off of the harbor, a super friendly restaurant serving excellent food. I had the lobster, delicious. Husband had the steak. Really worth the visit!

If I could give 6 out of 5 for the service, I would - this place is brilliant, and the team go above and beyond. The food is great, and they are in the Michelin guide, but really it’s the service and atmosphere that make it memorable. LOVED IT!

Had an amazing lunch here today. For us it was the best culinary experience during our stay on Ile de Re. Very good food, amazing wine and attentive service. Would definitely recommend.

Good evening,
I would like to share our experience at Serghi as of today, September 4, 2024. We had reserved for the second service at 9 p.m., we ordered an aperitif and the waitress took the order for the dishes at the same time. (we took 2 crusted poultry supremes accompanied by mash. My companion asked if it was possible to change the accompaniment with homemade fries offered as an accompaniment to another dish. The waitress assures us that the mash is exceptional and which she will love. My partner indicates that she just doesn't like the texture of the mash but the waitress insists heavily: my partner finally decides to accept the mash). The aperitif arrives quickly but by the second sip our dishes are already served to us.
For my part I found the chicken undercooked. I find this a shame because the setting is nice and this restaurant was recommended to us by the Hotel des Clos St Martin.
We finally swallow our aperitif after having finished our main course and regret this hasty meal (30 min)... Reading certain comments afterwards I am of the same opinion that the service is expeditious and leaves something to be desired.
