For me, the best dish of the day in Besançon, with a varied traditional cuisine that changes every day, everything is homemade from starter to dessert, everything is excellent, with a price of 24 € for the menu starter, main course, dessert, a must in Besançon!!! Only downside, book a little in advance if you want to find a place, all the service staff are more than friendly and smiling, like Félix the owner of the place who never comes to thank you and shake your hand at the end of the meal... just the best.
