Friendly owners. The bougnettes are delicious!

We discovered this restaurant by chance one lunchtime in February. The "Maître Restaurateur" plaque confirmed our choice. Impeccable service, quality homemade cuisine, and very reasonable prices. We recommend it without hesitation. Remember to book; we were lucky to get a table that lunchtime.

A truly wonderful evening! A very warm, friendly, and almost personalized welcome! Yes, I loved the music from the moment I arrived, and the lively conversations around the band were delightful! The menu was presented simply, absolutely perfect, and with passion! The products and dishes were prepared with great care and were of very high quality! Homemade food by true professionals—it works beautifully! Christelle and her husband took the time to come, chat, and talk... In short, a lovely, almost familial atmosphere! We had a fantastic time at Slalom! The food was absolutely delicious, everything was so good and the ingredients were top-notch. But above all, a huge thank you for the warm welcome: the owners are lovely, always smiling, and so welcoming. We immediately felt at ease, a bit like we were being hosted by friends. 😊 The value for money is truly excellent, which is becoming quite rare! A wonderful discovery during our stay in Saint-François-Longchamp. We will definitely be back!

A superb discovery! From the moment you arrive, you know exactly which restaurant you're in. The warm welcome puts you at ease, and the decor tells you exactly where you are and what you're going to eat. And as for the food, you won't find better in the resort: homemade, artisanal, and featuring local specialties—not a single flaw. A special mention for the bougnettes (a type of fritter). We'll be back on our next trip; it just goes to show that there are still true restaurateurs out there who work with passion.

Incredible! I highly recommend this restaurant! The couple who run it give you a super warm welcome! They take the time to laugh and chat with everyone! The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is top-notch, and the food is amazing! You can tell they love what they do, that they love their restaurant! The owner's trompe-l'oeil desserts are excellent! It's exactly the kind of restaurant you look for when you're in the mountains!

A fantastic find! We arrived by chance on skis without a reservation, and luckily, we got a table. The dishes were simple, efficient, and delicious (a special mention for the daily special: outstanding and original). Reasonable prices and the cheerful service made for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
