Le Sloï sur Saint-Jean-De-Monts

My wife and I came 4 years ago with full board during a thalassotherapy and were a little disappointed with the catering. Today, I highly recommend this address. There is real work in the kitchen from starter to dessert. The team in the room is also very professional, available and attentive. I loved it. Can't wait to go back.

Very bright and stylish restaurant, attentive, smiling and friendly staff. The dishes are fresh and good, the desserts very successful. A good time there. A limited choice in the evening, two menus possible with an interesting choice of starters, main courses and desserts.

Simple but fresh dishes. Nothing to say about the service. It’s practical when you come for a day at Thalassotherapy.

The excellent service makes up for the bill but sorry 23 tiny mussels for a menu for 39 euros..mussels for 25 euros I think, miniature mussels are expensive.....it's a steal. In addition, I was told a spicy sauce and it was really quite the opposite, as bland as possible. A failed sauce anyway, cream turned, see temperature of the 2 before mixing. Starter good but nothing exceptional (tuna tataki), dessert very very good (pistachio floating island). Overpriced wine...so don't buy...no rosé is worth 30.35 euros......Excellent service and welcome, great young man. In short, I would like us to be in a thalassotherapy center but there is a gap between the beautiful rooms and this kitchen....breakfast is complicated....coffee machines that don't work well....not normal. ...otherwise the buffet is very good, excellent scrambled eggs, excellent bread, well-chosen yogurts..... I will happily return to the hotel but no longer to the restaurant....
