Honestly, this restaurant is perfect!!
We ate incredibly well!!
The meals are balanced and, above all, beautifully prepared!
Kudos to the young sous-chef we had the pleasure of meeting. At 23, it's wonderful to see such high quality, and his passion for the craft shines through in every bite. Thank you, young man!
As for the waitresses: "They were fireworks!!!" A true delight; we absolutely loved you!!

A very pleasant stay at this hotel outside of school holidays. Excellent location amidst pine trees and close to the beach. The marine spa is available without necessarily booking a Thalassotherapy package. The golf course is also nearby.
The staff is very friendly, professional, welcoming, and always smiling.
Don't be put off by the few negative reviews.
Call if needed and trust them.
I would gladly return if the opportunity arose.

A restaurant nestled within a beautiful, chic hotel, whose elegance isn't immediately apparent. We received a very warm welcome from a friendly, dynamic, and attentive team.
The service is pleasant, even if its quality doesn't quite match the excellence of the cuisine. Because on the plate, the level is truly remarkable: refined dishes, perfectly executed and of exceptional quality.
Special mention goes to the desserts, created by pastry chef Maurice de Challans, which perfectly complement the experience.
A truly wonderful place, where the cuisine is definitely worth the detour.
