Le Solazo sur Argeles-Sur-Mer

We arrived at 1:30 pm, a party of four, on a Saturday lunchtime during the off-season... and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the generous, budget-friendly menu! A single but tasty starter, then rump steak with fries, followed by a choice of desserts for €15.90... and we were stuffed, and it was delicious! Thank you to Giovanna for the warm welcome. Italian restaurant in the center of Argeles-sur-Mer. The waiter and waitress who greeted us were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has two outdoor terraces, one located on the main avenue of Argeles, which is very busy, and parking must be difficult in the middle of summer. The other terrace is located in a pedestrian zone, so you'll have to contend with other pedestrians. There's also a rather elegant indoor dining room with a pleasant playlist. This room has an upstairs area directly above the pizza chef's area, and the atmosphere and conviviality of both rooms are lovely. One minor drawback is the upstairs restroom, which doesn't allow for a normal flow of customers. There are separate men's and women's facilities, so in high season, I imagine there must be a wait, and the restroom is very small. Our meal consisted of two delicious and very generous pizzas. The menu is very appealing and offers a variety of salads, pizzas, mussels, and more. During peak season, I recommend calling ahead to make a reservation. I recommend this Italian restaurant; you probably won't be disappointed—I certainly wasn't.

We ate lunch there this Saturday (the €15.90 set menu) and thoroughly enjoyed it – a generous portion. The waitress and waiter were very pleasant, and we had a great time. I recommend this restaurant.

We were in Argelès for a few days and discovered this beachfront restaurant with exceptional cuisine. Our New Year's Eve dinner was fantastic, so we went back the next day. I highly recommend it.
