A true institution in Saint-Pons-de-Thomières! I wholeheartedly recommend the Le Somail bar-hotel-restaurant. A must-visit for anyone who loves authentic home cooking: dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients, flavorful and generous portions. A real gem, especially during the Chestnut Festival in October, a convivial event not to be missed. I also stayed several nights at the hotel: impeccable and very clean rooms, all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. As for the bar, the atmosphere is excellent, warm, and friendly—a real pleasure every time I visit. A big thank you to Anto, the owner, and his entire team, always smiling and welcoming: Coco, Laurent, Cédric, Cetine, and Anto's mother. A special mention also goes to our friend Robert, aka (Bimbo). Le Somail is much more than just a place; it's a local institution. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

Sometimes you push open the door of a place that, as they say, doesn't look like much, and then you make a wonderful discovery! In an area overflowing with nature and far from overcrowded, our path led us to this delightful restaurant! Simple but high-quality products, a passion that shines through, and a super welcome!
