A charming place with warm service and delicious food. I had the gravlax salmon, which I highly recommend. The restaurant staff were very kind in helping me with a bulky item, which I greatly appreciated.

The soubise is fantastic, especially with Riwan, the always smiling, quick, and attentive waiter; it's a real pleasure to come here. Thanks to him, the atmosphere is great, and we come back very often!

As regulars at Le Soubise, it's always a real pleasure to come here; we feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm and the service impeccable. Special mention to Riwan, a truly fantastic waiter: smiling, attentive, and always looking after everyone's needs. We'll definitely be back.

A very good bar/restaurant opposite the castle; you can have a drink facing the castle and forget all your problems.

Went two times to cafe Le Soubise. And, both times we had very good experience with food, service and atmosphere. Their croissant, pain au chocolat and Hot chocolate were excellent. It's next to the train station and nearby the chateau, hence make it very convenient to go location wise as well.

12/02/2026: A good old little bistro where you can sip a Graves while nibbling on some pieces of cheese and chatting with a friend.
04/02/2026: A fantastic time yesterday, enjoying excellent charcuterie boards and very good wines. A wonderful discovery!
