Great time spent in the Soubise restaurant: possibility of eating on the terrace. The interior is super nice: soft lighting, space, not noisy... in short: very pleasant. The food is good: great for a brasserie, the prices are average (€52 for 2 adults and 1 child) and the quantity on the plate is satisfactory. The real plus is the super super fast service!!! And that’s really great for those who are really hungry!!! The staff is pleasant and professional. I recommend this stopover to your itineraries in the region

Nice location, but on the server side there are some great ones and others who would be better off doing another job, came twice so 1 good, 1 bad Tiresome !! Good meal and not too excessive

We only ordered a coffee and an orange juice, nothing special. It is a comfortable place, located next to the castle of Saint Germain en Laye and at the exit of the RER A, with a large terrace and indoor dining room, as well as bathrooms. I already say that the evaluation of the kitchen is partial, because we only took two things.

On est venu avec notre fille de 2 ans. Il fallait que ce soit efficace. Pas déçu... Une carte des plus classiques. Bon carpaccio frite. Serveurs souriant et professionnel Rien à redire!

Le Soubise, un bon resto en face du château ! Même si le service est un peu long, les plats sont bons ! Vous pouvez y aller, les yeux fermés.

05/09/2024: I came to eat with my mother who introduced me to this little restaurant. I had a great time and the dishes were divine. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are exquisite. Special mention for the perfect egg and morel cream and prawn risotto ❤️ Well done ! Very good address. !
