Le Speakeasy sur Hyeres

A small meal for 7 to celebrate my daughter's graduation! We had a blast. We fell in love with this restaurant in the center of Hyères. The service is top-notch and the food excellent. The price is average. In short, I highly recommend it.

We arrived late, but we were still very well received. The cuisine is original and tasty (beware, those who don't like cilantro). The lemon tart is sumptuous! The service is friendly and the setting pleasant. We highly recommend it!

This lunchtime, we reserved a table for two and we delighted in the dishes we were served, including a tuna ceviche as a starter and raw sea bass slices as a main course, accompanied by a mixed salad! Everything was delicious, and contrary to what some may think, the portions were far from incongruous. The staff's smiles and kindness were an added bonus. We will definitely return with great pleasure.

Breakfast: freshly squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs and homemade pancakes with strawberries and maple syrup... a treat. And always a warm welcome.
