Another lunch today! There were seven of us, spanning several generations from 14 to 80 years old. Everyone loved the creative, gourmet dishes, including vegetarian and gluten-free options, all at fair prices. The setting is superb, and the service is always top-notch. I was thrilled to find my first ajo blanco in France in 15 years. We always feel at home at Spes. Thank you!

We came as a family on a sweltering day. The place and the staff were welcoming. Because of the heat, we ate inside. It was quite noisy. It was very, very hot, and there were no fans. There was no children's menu. I found it a bit of a shame that the menu wasn't more suited to the season; I didn't see any salads or very fresh dishes, so I ordered the dish with a zucchini fritter. I was unpleasantly surprised to receive only one rather small fritter on my plate, without any side dish. For a main course, this is a surprising choice! It's not enough, and on top of that, the dish costs 18 euros. I was kindly offered a second fritter after I complained. The other dishes we ordered were good. I'm writing this review not to criticize, but to suggest some improvements. I had the impression that the restaurant was intended to be family-oriented, judging by the decor and the clientele, but I think it aims to be high-end and sophisticated, so there is confusion for customers between the image presented and what is found on the plate.
