26/02/2024: In my town, there are 4 bakeries, but none come close to the Rietsch bakery. Customer for 3 generations. Excellent products. Manager always concerned about customer satisfaction.

03/11/2023: Notice for potential buyers of the restaurant and project financiers.
We went there twice. Not to eat but to buy the restaurant.
A week of negotiations, then 2 months to obtain a draft lease (a draft full of errors). Incompetent real estate agency, not very involved notary office.
After creating a business plan, obtaining credit, depositing funds with the notary, reading the first 10 pages in the presence of the notary, the owner of the restaurant simply canceled the sale.
Good luck to future tenants!

Numerous works on the floors (thermal strainer)
Presence of asbestos and lead
Do not hesitate to find out before taking any steps, it is a staining project.
