Absolutely delicious! We devoured the two enormous poke bowls. The manager let us taste some of the ingredients and sauces when we couldn't decide. A great variety, and everything is fresh—a feast for the taste buds and the eyes.

Passing through the neighborhood, given the temperatures, we were having trouble choosing where to eat. Then we got a craving for a poke bowl. We stumbled across Squab and its menu. It looked tempting, and the reviews we found online finally convinced us to go. It was a great idea! The young woman who prepared our poke bowls was incredibly kind! Friendly, smiling, and welcoming, that alone made it a pleasure to have chosen this restaurant, which offers dine-in, takeout, or delivery. We opted for takeout. It was prepared very quickly and stayed perfectly in place during transport. The poke bowls are customizable, with you choosing from 1 to 4 elements depending on the category (base, protein, toppings, fillings, sauce) from a wide selection of fresh and tempting ingredients. Whatever your dietary needs and preferences, you're sure to find something to enjoy, in my opinion. Not only is the freshness evident (and confirmed by the taste), but the portions are also generous, and even those with a hearty appetite won't be hungry after finishing (the large poke bowl is very generously filled). The sauces are homemade. They are original, flavorful, fragrant, and delicious. We were truly delighted to visit this place and would recommend it without hesitation. We had dinner at this restaurant, and the experience was wonderful. We were very lucky to have a great waiter. He took the time to explain things to us and give us advice. The portions were generous for the price. We arrived shortly before closing time, and the waiter was very kind; we were able to take our time without feeling rushed. Everything was fresh and delicious, thank you!
