18/09/2024: The service was fast and welcoming, nothing to complain about. On the other hand, I'm rather mixed about the pancakes. It was quite heavy to digest and eat. And in terms of taste, the honey goat's cheese pancake was too sweet, and the Italian one was rather bland. And the dough is rather thick. It helps when you're hungry (which was my case) but no satisfaction to the point of coming back.

09/12/2024: Good brasserie for a good lunch, served quickly and at a fair price. Exactly what I was looking for. Ps: I never give 5 stars because we can always improve, whatever the area! 😀
15/10/2024: Supervie is an institution in Pau where you are well received and from coffee ☕ to meals you eat well there
