"Menu Confidence" for my family birthday. A real treat, thanks to the chef's initiative: amuse-bouche, three courses, and dessert. The cooking was extraordinary, perfect (fish of the day, pigeon/beef fillet). Delicious cuisine is a true art!

A wonderful experience at this restaurant where the service and food were simply perfect.
A delightful surprise in a seaside resort where tourist traps abound. Not here. The recommendations were spot-on. In short, we had a fantastic time as a family and enjoyed a delicious meal at a reasonable price.

With our dog, Rhine, we set off by bike for Le Saint Georges. We chose the chef's surprise menu, which was more than excellent. We received excellent recommendations for a matching wine. After all, the menu itself was a surprise. Cheviche, cold bisque, a combination of fish and squid, pigeon, goat cheese, and a superb lemon dessert. This is more than worth the detour (by bike).

The St Georges is still the best in the region. The setting is pleasant, the cuisine is refined. The fish on offer comes from Palavasian fishing, the meats are from the region. The dishes are delicious, excellent desserts!!! The restaurant is run by a passionate couple who perpetuate the tradition of good food, without forgetting Philippe, the waiter who takes great care of his customers. Don't change a thing.
