Impromptu stop in transit between the Lot and Reims, the meal consumed remains without my best culinary experience of recent years. Sufficient quantities, very low prices for worthy quality _and I am never raved about a starred one without very good reasons_. Just extraordinary sauces, a combination of tastes and flavors without the slightest defect. If we add to that that it was totally unexpected, to the extent that the appearance of the veranda in front does not really suggest at first glance what is hidden in the plates, it is an obligatory point of passage and any future journey passing less than 100km will result in an examination of the possibility of making the detour. Add attentive service, tinged with humor, smiling and ready to offer you the sauce on the side if you are afraid that the curry will be too strong. Which was not the case, by the way. Even the knife on the table, magnificent, artisanal, Basque obviously, that you would like to put in your kitchen, far from the usual basic IKEA model. In short, go for it, you won't believe it!
