What a discovery! What a culinary revelation! Inventive, generous, and succulent cuisine. The chef also brilliantly caters to vegetarians if you let him know in advance. No complaints whatsoever during our visit on Saturday lunchtime: quick and friendly service, delicious and original dishes, perfect portions...
Vegetarian friends, the Haute-Corrèze region rarely offers such gourmet and generous vegetarian options, so don't hesitate to let the chef know in advance—he's remarkably accommodating!

Andoni, Andoni... How can I even describe Andoni... I was blown away, absolutely blown away. A blow like I've never experienced before. I don't know where you found those flavors deep in your kitchen, but they really resonate with you, you made my mouth water, Andoni.
You have this knack for combining flavors, for balancing them perfectly: it's precise, it's measured down to the millimeter, and when it melts in your mouth, you get goosebumps all over.
And your mousse... it's like Niagara Falls, you're swept away by its sheer deliciousness.
You don't know it, but I do: I've never tasted anything so delicious, you have the makings of a great chef, and I'm giving you my full support.
