Thanks to the recommendation of the Auberge des Montagnes in Pairholes, we weren't disappointed. The establishment was respectful of its customers' food and prices! Thank you.

Excellent meal, set menu, but the owner takes into account individual dietary restrictions and offers alternatives. Fresh ingredients, beautifully presented dishes, and a lovely shaded terrace.

01/09/2026: An excellent restaurant in Aurillac. We had a wonderful time. The cuisine is refined, generous, and full of flavor, featuring excellent ingredients and dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious. You can sense a real attention to detail in the flavor combinations and, above all, a passion for cooking. The welcome is warm and attentive, the service pleasant, and the setting very inviting. Everything is in place for a truly excellent experience, from the appetizer to the dessert. A truly wonderful restaurant in Aurillac, where the food is exceptional. We will definitely be back!
