A wonderful discovery in Pau!
The restaurant Le Sud lives up to its name: a warm atmosphere, tasteful decor, and cuisine bursting with sunshine. The dishes are flavorful, generous, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the Mediterranean flavors that transport you from the very first bite!
The service is also top-notch: welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. You truly feel at ease from the beginning to the end of your meal.
An address I wholeheartedly recommend, whether for a romantic dinner or a casual get-together with friends. I can't wait to return!
