For lunch yesterday, I chose a Chablisienne ham with new potatoes. Very disappointed with this dish: the ham was grilled and very dry, the sauce good but served sparingly, the accompaniment very sparse (2 small potatoes and two pieces of an undercooked vegetable that I couldn't make to recognize). The setting is very beautiful. The correct service, nothing more. But maybe I was unlucky?

Very good cuisine, pleasant staff, beautiful shaded terrace but noisy because it is close to the street. A little expensive value for money.

5年ぶりに訪問．COVID-19の間にオーナーが変わったようです．最近のgoogleのコメントは”量が少ない，待たされる，コーヒーが冷めている"などネガティブなものですが，軽くてもきちんとしたものが食べられるお店がなくなったので，バカンスシーズンのランチは予約必至です．ホームページから予約しましょう．お料理はブルゴーニュの卵料理と，トマトのタルトを家内と食べましたがいずれも美味でした．また，シャブリのクラフトビールMADDAMの生ビールが飲めるのもよいと思います．もちろんシャブリのワインリストは充実しています．

Accueil sympathique, salle moderne. Carte bourguignonne avec specialités chablisiennes, excellents oeufs en meurette, tres bonne andouillette au Chablis, vin au verre bien choisis . Seul bemol le fond sonore en decalé de la cuisine servie.

29/08/2024: Tres bonne accueil malgré le monde à servir, repas très correcte, andouillettes bonne, café gourmand atypique et copieux. Tarifs raisonnable. A découvrir et pour nous a y retourner.
