Le Tast'Vin sur Beaune

We stayed at the Hôtel de France in Beaune and dined at its restaurant, La Régalade, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The room was spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. We had an excellent night's sleep, enhanced by thoughtful touches that were much appreciated. In the evening, we dined at La Régalade, and it was a real treat. Everything was delicious, worthy of a fine dining establishment, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and complimentary desserts that added an even more generous touch. It had been a long time since I had tasted cuisine of such high quality. In the morning, breakfast lived up to the rest of the experience: varied, plentiful, and beautifully presented. It offered everything: savory and sweet options, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, fruits, cereals… nothing was missing. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff must also be highlighted; they were always helpful, smiling, and readily available.

Hotels near train stations don't usually have a good reputation. This one is an exception. Comfortable room, excellent bedding in the superior room, spotless bathroom, and a very varied breakfast. The staff is incredibly attentive. Excellent value for money. The same goes for their restaurant: a reasonably priced menu and quality dishes. My new go-to place for future trips to Beaune.

Absolutely fantastic. The room is spacious and has a large bathroom. The restaurant is very good, and it's all just 30 meters from the train station.
