Excellent experience this evening! We ordered the sharing platter (beef, fish, chicken carpaccio, and burrata), which was very well cooked and beautifully presented. The chef and server were very friendly. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend it for a superb culinary experience. They also have a nice wine selection and customizable cocktails in addition to those on the menu. In short, this place is more than worth a visit!

A wonderful discovery in Ajaccio! We loved Le Temps des Oliviers so much that we went back two days in a row: first just for a drink, then the next day for dinner. And both experiences were perfect! The homemade cacio e pepe pasta was simply divine—so good that we finished the sauce with the homemade bread, which was also delicious. 🤤 The service is exceptional. We loved Jimmy and Cyril's energy: warm, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. You immediately feel welcome. The illuminated terrace is magnificent and creates a warm, elegant, and lively atmosphere. Special mention to Jimmy, who, in addition to his mixology expertise, prepares excellent custom cocktails, perfectly tailored to our tastes. And if you're staying in Ajaccio for a few days, Jimmy is also a great source of advice for discovering less touristy spots and getting off the beaten path. It's exactly the kind of recommendation that makes a stay even more memorable. Delicious food, an exceptional team, and a captivating atmosphere. A real gem in Ajaccio! A fantastic find in the heart of Ajaccio! ✨ The terrace is truly lovely, ideally located in the city center yet peaceful. We received excellent advice, especially regarding our wine selection. The food was delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and the staff were delightful, welcoming, and attentive. We had a wonderful time with friends; I highly recommend it! 🤍

The welcome was impeccable and the waiter gave us excellent advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. One small detail that makes all the difference: the simplicity of the menu. Everything fits on a single page and everything is homemade. This is exactly the kind of local restaurant we love to discover. 10/10.

We had a very pleasant time on the TDO terrace where we enjoyed the fish tartare and a glass of natural wine! We highly recommend checking it out! (Especially for natural wine lovers)
