Superb restaurant, the food is delicious. I highly recommend the tartufo pizza, it was DELICIOUS! The servers are smiling, friendly, etc. The atmosphere is also great.

On the recommendation of a local friend, we went there as a family of eight. Well, this restaurant is definitely on my shortlist of places I want to return to regularly. Tucked away in a quiet alley, you'll discover a very refined cuisine, perfect for sharing, with exceptionally high-quality ingredients and flavors that make you want to try everything. The names of the appetizers and main courses perfectly describe what you find on the plate and, more importantly, in your mouth. It sounds simple, but it's remarkably effective. And the service, with its smiles and genuine desire to please, truly makes this place a kind of family-style table you can't wait to go back to.

We stopped at Le Temps des Oliviers for a refreshing lunch break in their lovely air-conditioned dining room. The welcome was perfect and the food excellent (special mention for the homemade caccio e pepe pasta and the hand-cut steak tartare). Our two children devoured everything, and so did we! 😊 Thank you!

28/06/2026: We booked by phone: the welcome was already very warm. Once there, we were pleasantly surprised: the service was cheerful and just as friendly as on the phone – and we had some fun chatting with the staff. The pizzas were truly excellent and generous! We didn't leave hungry. We even had the chance to speak with the chef and congratulate him. This pizzeria is a delight in every way! Go without hesitation.

Le Via Roma

01/09/2026: One of the best restaurants I know. We came in 2021, and I have such exceptional memories of it that it was the first restaurant I wanted to return to upon coming back to Ajaccio, and it was even better than I remembered. So much so that we went twice. Even the children's menu is incredible; all the dishes are exceptional, without a doubt. The welcome is warm and pleasant. And if I have the chance to return to Ajaccio, Via Roma will be my first destination. Thank you again to everyone.
