I ordered sauerkraut. The cabbage was just a strip on the plate, which must have been about three tablespoons. The other ingredients were served sparingly, one at a time. For €17, it wasn't worth it at all. My wife had sea bream with a handful of vegetables, which she found rather bland. It's well located in the upper part of Provins, but it's not fine dining; it's more of a tourist trap.

I'm not giving it 5 stars because the prices of some items seem a bit excessive (a double burger for €25, for example), but if you want to pay less, you can always go for the pizzas, which are good and reasonably priced. We had a very pleasant evening; the service was truly excellent.

Good, carefully prepared dishes and a lovely location on the Place du Châtel, with a good selection of reasonably priced wines. A little more attention to detail would be appreciated (bone marrow served with very little garnish, fries need improvement).

Great restaurant! I hadn't made a reservation and I was given a table for two. The starter, main course, and dessert were all delicious. Everything was fresh, nothing to complain about. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent service, even on a busy Saturday night during the Christmas market! Despite the crowds, the service was outstanding! Thank you to Stéphanie the waitress and Harmit at reception. We will gladly return.
