After a little detour to Bayonne for lunch, we stopped by chance at the Thiers brasserie! Very nice surprise! Excellent food, top service! I recommend !

I recommend the restaurant Le Thiers! Second time that I have come with my colleagues from the Bayonne tourist office. The dishes are very good and the presentation is neat. The desserts are very good too. The staff is dynamic and welcoming.

Very good value for money for the lunch menu! Quality products and inspired home cooking. Heartwarming welcome. The menu is very tempting, I will come back to taste the other dishes with pleasure!

The owner had been there for 10 months when we came. That day we tasted delicious Moroccan specialties (special Friday menus). Well done to the chef for the couscous 😋 Don't hesitate, the boss will give you a warm and friendly welcome.

Étions des fidèles clients des anciens propriétaires, nous avons poussé la porte de la brasserie du Thiers pour goûter la cuisine de la nouvelle direction... Beh c'était très Bon, couscous le vendredi soir, tout fait maison..un régal

Very nice place Second visit for me and still very good service, very smiling and pleasant waitress and quality services for her youth in the profession Transition to calm and relaxing snack time I highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back!

30/03/2024: Having the pleasure of going to this restaurant regularly, we still appreciate the excellent cuisine accompanied by a very good choice of wines, the very pleasant and warm welcome and the tasteful decor. (some starred tables do not have this level)
