Had a delicious Caesar salad, and it was nice that the waiter didn't just act friendly, but actually *was* friendly. That contributes a lot to a lovely lunch.

The food wasn't as bad as I expected from other reviews, though unfortunately, my plate was dirty, which is definitely not pleasant.
As for the service, the waiter was very kind and friendly, while the waitress was rather surly and unfriendly.
Overall, I didn't have a terrible experience, but personally, I wouldn't go back.

Just had a fabulous meal here. It was my first time visiting but will most definitely not be the last. My husband had steak tartare and I had white bait both were delicious. Woukd highly recommend

I was very disappointed with my experience at Le Tire-Bouchon.
I ordered the fisherman's stew, which was unfortunately far too salty. As for the potatoes in the stew, they were clearly not fresh: judging by the taste and texture, they seemed to have been prepared the day before.
I also ordered a fried dish as a starter, but it wasn't cooked enough.
In the end, between the undercooked fried food, the overly salty stew, and the potatoes that didn't seem fresh, I left feeling very disappointed with my meal.

The scampi gratin was tasty but very heavy, and the bowl of rice was swimming in oil. This oil clashed with the béchamel sauce; it was a real eyesore. The dish was listed at €28 including dessert. I didn't have dessert, but I did order a glass of wine for €5. The total came to €33.
It feels a bit like a tourist trap…

The terrace is very spacious, pleasant, and centrally located, perfect for a break after exploring Antibes. The staff was very friendly, kind, and attentive throughout our meal. We were also finally able to enjoy a refreshing beer, which was very welcome given the heat that day. The food, however, was quite average. My steak was very thin and overcooked, while the side dishes seemed reheated. We felt the price was high for the quality of the food, although the excellent location probably also plays a role. Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere and service more than the food itself.

Delicious and generous cuisine. Attentive welcome and service. A well-balanced and original menu. Relaxed and warm atmosphere. A wonderful discovery for me, a resident of Antibes.
