We've been three times this year, and the food is always perfect. What can we say about the homemade mashed potatoes, the cannelloni with shredded beef, etc.? Truly authentic Corsican cuisine with homemade dishes, just the way we like them and rarely find them. Don't hesitate to stop by. The service is provided by friendly, respectful, and professional people. Nancy and Thierry look forward to returning next year.

Excellent meat, very good sauces. The only downside was that the pasta was a little too salty and not al dente for my taste. Fresh, high-quality ingredients. Very generous portions.
