I've known the chef for a long time and know my favorite dishes. I always get four free gyoza because he's become a friend. Everything is made on-site with fresh ingredients, often right in front of you. For me, there's nothing to complain about: excellent, flavorful cuisine from a master of his native cooking. Go without hesitation!

I dreamt of a boat laden with sushi all afternoon before arriving in Tokyo. I didn't expect to have such a wonderful evening talking about music and history over this delicious meal. Thank you to the manager for the warm welcome.

My favorite restaurant in Nantes, the fish is incredibly fresh and the food is exceptionally high quality. The chef is wonderful and incredibly kind; it's always a great pleasure to go there.

The food was great. We loved the sushi, the rice was tasty and the salmon was super savoury. We had the chance to converse with the owner, which was very nice, open minded, communicative and very thoughtful. We will definitey come back for the food and the amazing conversations!

17/02/2026: We arrived before noon and were lucky because after another table of two sat down, everything was full. A very pleasant surprise, as we weren't familiar with Korean cuisine. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back.
