Found it by chance (thanks to my wife) during a weekend in the Aniane sector and it's not a lie to say that it is difficult to find a good place to dine in Aniane. The Souka is worth it, open some lunchtimes and some evenings a few days of the week, not for all budgets, it's a gastro, no menu, it's a surprise... WOW 😍 I loved the kindness and the discretion of Laureen and her team for the service, I was dazzled by the extraordinary journey offered to us by chef Philippe whose talent and humility touched me greatly. Fresh, local products, boldness, inventiveness, originality, mastered food and wine pairings, damn it was good! 👍🙏😍 They killed me with the bottle of Souka sparkling water, filtered Aniane water, what creativity, what refinement, what class 👊😁

We do not announce the dishes to you so you apply yourself to the tasting to guess the ingredients and you fully enjoy the dishes. You interact with the staff who are very competent. The dishes and desserts are trompe l'oeil, a delight

Great experience with my boyfriend. An explosion of flavors for each expression. The concept according to which explanations are given after the tasting adds something unique and very appreciable! Furthermore, being gluten intolerant, there were no problems with the adaptability of the dishes, thank you! The wine list is also very extensive with quality support to choose a suitable wine! Nous sommes venues pendant les féeries d'Aniane. L'accueil est vraiment excellent et le restaurant vaut vraiment le détour! Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir, merci.

Le concept est sympa et les plats très jolis et originaux. Malheureusement, mon conjoint et moi les avons trouvés assez fades, en sel comme en saveur (sauf le dessert). La déception a été sur le vin. On nous a conseillé un vin bio qui était évolué, oxydé qui nous a déçu. Le service était peu chaleureux et souriant. Bonne soirée malgré tout
