While in Paris for the Christmas holidays, we took the opportunity to eat couscous at this restaurant. Excellent food at a very reasonable price! Highly recommended!

I liked that there was a second course of couscous and vegetables. The servers gave off a good vibe. I'd say it's a good place, I'll definitely come back.

Discovered on TikTok, advertised as the best Algerian restaurant in Paris. The prices are affordable, the dining room is nicely decorated, but to my surprise, they didn't have Algerian lemonade on their menu. It's the first time I've seen that; I had to ask the waiter if they had any. Similarly, no Kabyle bread, just a little kessra and baguette. I think there are much better Algerian restaurants in Paris.

We had a wonderful dinner at Le Touareg. The food was full of flavour, our couscous and tagine were both beautifully cooked — tender meat, perfectly seasoned vegetables, and portions that left us more than satisfied. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. A very nice place to try Algerian cuisine in Paris.

27/01/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The welcome and service from the owner and waiters are impeccable. The hot and cold appetizers, main courses, and desserts are magnificent to behold and to eat. A huge congratulations to the chef! I've been going to this restaurant for almost twenty years, and the quality is consistently excellent.

le colimaçon

18/12/2024: We dine at least once at Le Colimaçon every time we visit Paris. The food is always sumptuous and all the servers are always friendly and helpful. This restaurant is an institution and if you are looking for a place to eat well, I am sure that Le Colimaçon will please you.
18/12/2024: Organically discovered this cute spot in Paris, years later I realise it is owned by the father of an influencer I follow - life comes full circle :)
