06/01/2026: A very nice hotel. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony and a lake view. It makes you want to come back!

Real stocks (no powders); real sauces (no powders); real preparations (no powders); real flavor like "in the old days"; real textures; top-quality raw ingredients! Bravo and respect, because cuisine like yours is becoming increasingly rare in the Jura region and beyond. An idyllic setting and very classy decor! All that's missing is the return of the aquarium and the newspaper posters 😉
