Very disappointed by this caterer where we went twice: "Toulouse" sausage which had the flavor of andouille, "Charolais fillet" resembling chuck (crunchy and not at all loose), celery mousseline too salty, ordinary pastry (dry shortbread because it is overcooked, mango or pineapple compote that is too sweet). But the seller and the store are nice.
