We stopped by for lunch today: a very nice restaurant, self-service style. The dishes were very generous and delicious, in keeping with traditional Alsatian cuisine. A very enjoyable experience!

We took a quick lunch break at this restaurant during our motorcycle ride; the munstiflette was pretty good! As for the side salad, a few leaves were practically fighting for space in the small bowl. They could be more generous with the salad!

A very good meal. The sirloin steak was excellent, the tarte flambée with Munster cheese was delicious, and the pasta Bolognese was very generous. The service could be improved. We had to wait even though it wasn't very busy, and we found the preparation of our dishes a bit slow. However, the servers were still very friendly! I recommend it.

The staff were incredibly attentive; we spilled a meal tray and they remade the dishes without charging us again. The food was very good, I highly recommend it.

The restaurant is conveniently located, right next to the slopes and the parking lot! However, the crepes are really disappointing, expensive, and only served after 3:30 pm... The service is also very inconsistent from one visit to the next.

15/05/2026: The bedding was very average and the room could use a refresh. That said, it was clean. We were on half-board. The soup was delicious and very filling. But even after a long hike, the meal was far too heavy: a starter after the soup, then a large sauerkraut, then a tart. The sauerkraut was frankly a disaster, with undercooked potatoes in particular. A shame. They should have made less, but better.
09/05/2026: Superb place! We had a very restful night during a hike around the Vosges mountains. The hosts are lovely, helpful, and very efficient. The evening meal was hearty and delicious. The room is functional. Perfect, we'll be back!

19/04/2026: A really nice time, Seb kindly let us sleep on his future free bivouac site! (Because it's a Natura 2000 protected area) We had a very good breakfast and aperitif.
14/04/2026: Fantastic welcome, simple yet charming place. But the home-style cooking is superb and the atmosphere is friendly. We highly recommend it, especially for dog-friendly friends 😊
