Le Triptyque sur Saint-Chaffrey

What a fantastic find this little restaurant, Le Triptyque, was after a short hike along the Queyrelles canal! The waiter was incredibly friendly and the food was fabulous! I highly recommend the duck breast strips—absolutely divine! And for dessert, the Chartreuse iced soufflé was heavenly! We'll definitely be back!

One of my favorite spots in Chantemerle, and without a doubt one of the best in Serre Chevalier! ❤️ I always come back with the same pleasure: excellent, generous, and flavorful cuisine, quality ingredients, and above all, an incredibly warm welcome. Always a smile, good humor, and that friendly atmosphere that makes all the difference. I always feel comfortable there and I'm never disappointed, neither by the food nor the service! An exceptional location right in the village, with a terrace nestled against the church wall! A charming spot on a quiet little street in Chantemerle. Delicious tapas and excellent wine at very reasonable prices, plus the owner is incredibly friendly! A must-try during your stay in Serre Chevalier.

Fantastic evening at Triptyque! Everything was perfect: the staff's simplicity and kindness, the excellent music selection, and most importantly, the incredible cuisine bursting with flavor and authenticity. The tapas were as good as the dessert; we truly enjoyed ourselves. Absolutely nothing to complain about! 🤩
