Le Troquet sur Perigueux

11/05/2024: Absolutely fabulous little restaurant in a lovely peaceful square in the midday of Perigeaux.We was warmly welcomed by i assume the owner who fortunately spoke English as our French is limited and shown the lunchtime menu which although some would say was limited it covered all your requirements.We both had the crab to start with my wife having perfectly cooked (medium rare) steak for her main and me the sweet breads cooked in a mushroom sauce with the obligatory cheese to finnish everything was excellent,washed down with a lovely rose wine all for €100 outstanding value,food,service and setting DO NOT miss this restaurant if your ever in the area.
