What a discovery! The decor is cozy and welcoming, the platters are generous, and each photo shows the portion size for one person. But for both novices and connoisseurs, the owner and his team are brimming with knowledge and passion for wine and our local region. An extraordinary wine collection; I highly recommend the blind tasting.

We just had a wonderful evening with a blind tasting of five wines, which allowed us to taste extraordinary old vintages of great wines (1994, 2004, 1975, etc.). The concept is exceptional for wine lovers! And the young servers are truly passionate and enjoy sharing their knowledge! The price seems high, but given the wines we tasted, it's absolutely worth it! Plus, there was a platter of delicious treats... 5 stars!

An unforgettable time with eight friends thanks to Olivier and his young, welcoming, and incredibly competent team. Olivier is a true encyclopedia of spirits and loves to share his passion with kindness and humility. Even though we live far away, we only have one desire: to come back soon!

An exceptional and unique place and time. We had a wonderful evening with friends. The blind tasting was fantastic. The wine selection was just perfect, and the young man who served us was great—helpful and, above all, passionate about his wines. And to top it all off, we ended the evening chatting for almost an hour with the owner, who showed us some of his beautiful bottles, shared his passion with us, and offered us a taste of some vintage wines. In short, a timeless and unforgettable moment, even for those who weren't wine enthusiasts.

Fantastic experience at this wine cellar in Dijon! 🍷 The setting is absolutely incredible, very warm and original, perfect for a great time. The wine tastings are excellent, with a beautiful selection and very reasonable prices considering the quality. It's true, it's a bit pricey, but honestly, it's well worth it. The explanations are very interesting, clear, and well-presented; you learn a lot while having a great time. I highly recommend it for wine lovers or even just for discovering wine in a fantastic atmosphere!

An excellent journey through time and place. Where are we? When are we? It's truly an exceptional concept that takes you on a journey with a fantastic guide (Thank you, Olivier!). The Saulx wine cellar is a truly exceptional place to share with friends or family, where you completely lose track of time because you're so comfortable. Words can't express what you feel and experience here. My advice: experience it at least once if you have the chance.

This was such an amazing experience! We got to try so many special things and get some really incredible education! The food was awesome, and the environment was so special. Quinton was just a joy and a true master of his craft. We actually can’t wait to come back and we are only here for a few days!! What a treat!
