Pleasantly surprised, we ate very well, I highly recommend it!

We had lunch today. We ordered three beef Rossini. The dishes were cooked perfectly. The fish was also excellent. The service was very pleasant. Thank you for this lovely and delicious meal.

Friendly welcome from the owners, attentive to their customers: we were able to change tables to the terrace because we were partly in the sun. Excellent scallop panaché with its accompaniments as well as the desserts. We will be back again! And we recommend this establishment.

Myriam, the manager, is lovely, and Dominique, the chef, is a gem. We've been coming to Saillans (a little corner of paradise) every year for the past 10 years, and this restaurant is one of them. The meal was excellent; we tried all their dishes (except the galettes), and they were all superb. The ingredients were fresh and very well prepared. The atmosphere was friendly. The servers were very relaxed and welcoming. I recommend this restaurant 100%.

Had a wonderful meal here. I had steak with pepper sauce, my wife had the Drome salad. The service was attentive and prompt, the food was excellent and the setting was gorgeous- lovely view of the mountains to accompany our meal. We had a great time!!
